Step 1. Connect your iPod devices and choose a transfer mode

Install the software after downloading, then launch it on your computer. To transfer files from iPod to iPod, you can click Phone to Phone Transfer to enter the iPod to iPod transfer window.

Then enter the Phone to Phone Transfer window, please connect both of your iPods to computer by using theirs USB cables. The program will detect them automatically. Then, your iPods will appear in its window.

Step 2. Sync Contacts, Calendar, Photos, Video, iMessages and Music from Old iPod to New iPad

Preview the files one by one to make sure what you're going to transfer. If the target iPod has saved many files you want to delete, you can tick Clear data before copy to erase all the data. Then, click Start Copy to start the iPod to iPod transfer. Please no not let both iPod disconnected during the whole transfer process.
